Moneybookers EFT process
On some accounts, Moneybookers might ask you to do an EFT into their account, held locally with Standard Bank. They will request that the EFT is done from an account held in your name. This should match the name on your Moneybookers profile.
You will be asked to Upload funds (any amount more than $5 or the equivalent, about R50.

Please ensure you use the "Reference" that is displayed on the screen. This is your Moneybookers Customer ID.
Once you have made the EFT to Moneybookers, you Moneybookers account will be credited with the amount you transferred. This will reflect in your Moneybookers balance.
Your Moneybookers account is now verified and you can now link and use your credit card with your Moneybookers account. When you do your first transaction, you can use the funds that you have uploaded to Moneybookers, so you don't lose the money you uploaded to verify your account.
Once you have made the EFT to Moneybookers, you Moneybookers account will be credited with the amount you transferred. This will reflect in your Moneybookers balance.

HELP! My EFT is not reflecting in my Moneybookers account!!!
The most common reason why your EFT might not reflect in your Moneybookers account after 2 to 5 business days would be that you used the wrong "Reference" for the Beneficiary statement. This is however easy to correct :-)
Just log into your Moneybookers account and click on the "contact" link in the top right corner of the screen. Then click on the "Support Centre" option.

In the "Support Centre" select "Deposits" and then select "Deposit via bank transfer". Once you have clicked on those options, you will be presented with three more options. Click on the option for "I instructed a bank transfer to Skrill (Moneybookers), but it is not yet credited to my account balance".
You will be presented with the form below. Please complete this form and submit it for Moneybookers to reconcile your EFT with your Moneybookers account. In the form, you will be asked for your bank's "National bank code or SWIFT". Here is a list of SWIFT codes for some frequently used banks:

Once you have submitted this form, Moneybookers will allocate your EFT to your account and your account will be credited with the EFT funds.
