As part of the anti-money laundering legislation, Moneybookers might want to verify your address. This is a very simple process, but involves snail mail. Moneybookers will post you a one page document with a verification code which you will have to enter on your Moneybookers account.
The logic is that if you received the letter from Moneybookers and you can verify this by means of the verification code on the letter, then Moneybookers can deem your address as confirmed.

Once you receive the letter, just log in to your Moneybookers account and enter the verification code under your address details and your account will be verified.
